High capacity. Top performance A six cylinder 8.3 litres engine powers all Series TG tractors, and features a wastegate turbocharger and air-to-air intercooling for optimum performance. The TG285 develops a massive 311 hp (229 kW) at 2000 rpm and torque rise is equally impressive. It can be as high asa 54%, a figure that is unmatched by any tractor in this category. A fully electronic fuel management system is employed on the 4-valve technology engines of the TG255 and TG285. Optimum efficiency ensures full power and torque are delivered without excess fuel use.

Hydraulic power for every application Series TG tractors offer a powerful 10203 kg max rear lift capacity. Up to 5 remote rear valves, with finger operated electronic controls, can be specified, and each can be set up to deliver hydraulic oil at a flow rate to suit any application. Up to 146 l/m is delivered as standard. An additional MegaFlow™ pump is available and increases hydraulic flow to a colossal 257 l/m.

Proven manoeuvrability Tough and dependable, the heavy-duty standard front axle shares its main components with the Terraglide™ and SuperSteer™ axle designs, and has a generous 55 degree turn angle. Fully locking differentials are fitted for all TG axle options. The New Holland Terraglide™ suspended front axle offers a class leading 112 mm of travel, and will help maximise tractor stability and control at transport speeds. The system also improves comfort and traction. The unique new generation SuperSteer™ front axle offers a massive 65 degree turn angle. No other tractor in this class can match the headland turnaround times of a TG with SuperSteer™ axle.

Superb Operator environment. Supreme Comfort The Series TG cab is the roomiest tractor cab in the industry, providing outstanding visibility in all directions. The advanced air suspension seat offers full vibration protection for the operator. A high tech AutoComfort? seat is also available. This seat anticipates the damping rate required and supplies the most smooth and comfortable ride possible. All monitors and displays are mounted on the right A-pillar. The operator does not need to look around for any information, all relevant data being displayed at eye level. An easy to understand performance monitor is also available. The excellent air conditioning system keeps the temperature at the right level from early morning to late at night.

Ultra Command™ transmission simplicity Series TG tractors are the choice when it comes to ease of operation. The extremely smooth New Holland Ultra Command™ full power shift transmission, with modulated power shuttle forward reverse selection, could not be easier to use.
