Efficient, rugged and powerful Series TDD tractors are powered by emissionised New Holland Iveco four-cylinder engines. Purpose-developed for agriculture, the power units in all models have exactly the right performance characteristics to suit high traction applications and offer excellent fuel efficiency and long service intervals. The four-cylinder turbocharged TD95D is a powerful tractor designed for the toughest of applications. It has an exceptional power to weight ratio and brings new levels of performance to its tractor class.

Power, torque and economy A key characteristic of New Holland four-cylinder Iveco 8000 Series engines is excellent torque rise. When operating in extreme terrain, the ability of the engine to increase torque as engine speeds decrease is critical and ensures optimum performance. As with all New Holland engines, fuel consumption is minimised by advanced gas flow management and the use of precise fuel injection systems.

Geared for every application Series TDD tractor models are offered with a choice of transmissions to suit a wide range of applications. Based upon proven New Holland modules, TDD tractors can be specified with a Synchro Shuttle transmission with matched forward and reverse speeds, additional creep speeds and a 40 kph transport ratio. Low power loss through the transmission is a key New Holland feature. This is achieved by careful design, reducing the number of gears that are engaged to produce a given operating speed. For durability, the constant mesh gears are helically cut. This feature helps reduce noise and vibration and is a key feature in ensuring maximum durability.

A new class of comfort and ease of operation Series TDD tractors set new standards of comfort. A high specification seat is standard and this is attached to a a flat platform. The platform is mounted on rubber blocks to further reduce vibration. This advanced feature helps to reduce fatigue by preventing excess shock loads reaching the operator. The colour-coded controls are light and easy to operate, and are positioned within easy reach to the right of the operator. The steering column can be tilted, enabling the operator to find the optimum working position. When it comes to ergonomics, Series TDD tractors offer best in class standards, which are also continued in the environment of the advanced cab.The fully glazed doors give excellent visibility and open wide to provide easy access. The cab side windows also open. The front windscreen wiper has an intermittent wipe setting and a rear window wash/wipe is also available. With Series TDD tractors, high levels of comfort are standard.
